Yarnell Survey, Abstract No. 1038, Tracts 16 and 17, on 143.0± acres, located on the northeast corner of Dallas Parkway and University Drive. (ZONE-26-0009) (DH)

15. Consider and act upon an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2026-41 (FY 2025-2026 Annual Budget) as it relates to the Solid Waste Fund. (CL) In accordance with Texas Government Code §551.043, the Town of Prosper FY 2025 2026 Budget is posted on the Town’s website at: https://www.prospertx.gov/193/Finance

16. Consider and act upon an ordinance repealing existing Article 6.03, "Maintenance of Property," of the Town’s Code of Ordinances and replacing it with a new Article 6.03, "Maintenance of Property," related to solid waste collection; regulation of weeds, rubbish, brush, and other objectionable, unsightly, or unsanitary matter; and notice of violation for abatement purposes. 17. Discuss and consider Town Council Subcommittee reports. (DFB)

Possibly direct Town staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Reconvene in Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
