AND THEN THERE'S CREEKSIDE, WHICH ORIGINALLY WAS GOING TO BE THE SECOND PHASE OF PARK PLACE, BUT IT WAS SOLD TO MR. SHADDOCK AND HE CHANGED THE NAME TO TO CREEKSIDE. BUT PART OF THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT WAS THAT THE AMENITY CENTER HAD TO BE BUILT BY THE TIME 50% OF THE HOMES IN BOTH SECTIONS WERE. OR EXCUSE ME, THE LOTS IN BOTH SECTIONS WERE SOLD FOR DEVELOPMENT FOR. FOR HOMES. THERE'S ONLY BEEN TWO, I BELIEVE, ON THE, THE PARK PLACE SIDE AND THAT THAT HAVE HAVE BEEN SOLD AND ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ON THE CREEK SIDE, CREEKSIDE SIDE. I THINK MR. SHADDOCK HAS ABOUT 40% OF THE LOTS ALREADY COMMITTED. SO THIS BUILDING PLAN IS EITHER ALREADY IN THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT SUBJECT TO THIS APPROVAL, OR IT IS GOING TO BE IN AS SOON AS IT DOES GET APPROVED, ASSUMING IT GETS APPROVED. SO.
