RIGHT. SO OUR, OUR IN, IN THE FINANCIALS THAT WE PRESENTED IF YOU LOOK AT THE GENERAL FUND, IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH OUR 21%, THE 20% COMING FROM THE TOWN CHARTER AND THE 1% COMING FROM CITY POLICY.
THE FINANCIALS THAT ARE PRESENTED ARE PRESENTED ON A CASH BASIS.

WE HAD 140 TOWNHOME UNITS. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY CENTRALIZED AMENITIES.
SO WE FEEL REALLY PROUD OF THE WORK THAT OUR TEAM HAS DONE.
ONE OF THE FEEDBACK, ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT CAME OUT OF PNC WAS WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE WILLING TO PUT A UNIT MIX ON THE MULTIFAMILY, AND WE HAD SAID, YOU KNOW, AT THAT POINT IN TIME, NO, IT REALLY STRAPS A MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPER.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT THREE BEDROOMS MIGHT BE AN ISSUE, AND SO WE COULD LIMIT THE THREE BEDROOMS TO 5%, AND THEN WE COULD PUT THESE TWO BEDROOMS AT 30% AND 65% ON THE ONE BEDROOMS. SO OR WE COULD JUST CAP IT AT 21 UNITS, SAY, FOR THE THREE BEDROOMS. THIS IS THE OPEN SPACE EXHIBIT. I WANTED TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO.
