THERE'S STORAGE, MECHANICAL BASEMENT. SO THE HISTORY ON THIS IS THAT A SITE PLAN, D22 0101, WAS APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON DECEMBER SIX, 2002. SITE PLANS HAVE AN EXPIRATION TIME OF 18 MONTHS. SO IT HAS PASSED EXPIRATION DATE.

SO THEY JUST NEED TO GET THE SITE PLAN APPROVED BY PNC. I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT THE CHANGES WERE BETWEEN THE OLD AND THE NEW. AND THEN ALSO WHERE THE PICTURE IS. I WAS WONDERING, NOT THAT THAT ONE RIGHT THERE. SO IT LOOKS LIKE ON THIS THIS ARE THE BULK OF THESE TREES GOING TO MAKE IT OR ARE THEY GOING TO STAY THEN THEY KIND OF WORKING AROUND? YES. REVIEW ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE TOWN COUNCIL AND POSSIBLY DIRECT TOWN STAFF TO SCHEDULE TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION AT A FUTURE MEETING. ALL RIGHT. SO FOR THE PREVIOUS TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THE EIGHTH, THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ON THE AGENDA WAS A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE TAVERN ON BROADWAY FOR THEM TO PUT FENCING WITHIN ONE OF THE TOWN'S EASEMENTS FOR THE UPCOMING TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THE 22ND. THEN THE AMOUNT COMMENTS FOR UPCOMING ZONING CASES. POTENTIALLY. THESE HAVEN'T BEEN NOTICED YET. FOR ZONE 2402, IT'S 305 EAST SEVENTH, WHICH WAS IT'S IN THE DOWNTOWN OFF SEVENTH STREET. THEY ARE GOING TO DO A PD TO SPLIT THE LOT BECAUSE THE LOT THE ZONING IS SINGLE FAMILY 15. AND IF THEY WERE TO SPLIT THE LOT CURRENTLY IT WOULD BE ABOUT 13,000FT■!S ON EACH LOT.
