OKAY, SO FOR THE LAST TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY THE 28TH, ON THE CONSENT AGENDA WAS THE NOTICE OF APPEALS THAT ARE ALL SITE PLANS THAT ARE APPROVED BY YOU GUYS GO TO THE COUNCIL, FOR THE REGULAR AGENDA THAT PROSPER ARTS PD THAT YOU GUYS SAW LAST MEETING WAS APPROVED FOR TWO, AT TOWN COUNCIL, AND SO FOR THE UPCOMING TOWN COUNCIL ITEMS ON THE 11TH, THAT SAME PD ORDINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ARE UP ON THE CONSENT AGENDA, AND THEN THERE'S A LICENSE, MEANING MAINTENANCE HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT WITH THE GIN, ACROSS THE STREET, THAT IS FOR THEIR LOCATING, A GREASE TRAP AND A GAS METER WITHIN A TOWN, ALLEY. AND SO IT'S JUST AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE OKAY WITH THAT, AND THAT'S JUST GOING TO GO STRAIGHT TO COUNCIL. THEY'VE RECENTLY DONE SOME CONSTRUCTION ON THE GIN WHERE THEY ENCLOSE THE BACK PART OF THE BUILDING USED TO BE KIND OF OPEN AREA. NOW IT'S ALL ENCLOSED AND THEY CAN GO RIGHT TO THE SETBACKS. AND WHEN THEY DID THAT THE GAS METER IS UP AGAINST THE WALL. BUT TECHNICALLY IT'S JUST ENCROACHING INTO THE ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY. AND THEN ADJACENT TO THE BACK DOOR. THAT DIDN'T USED TO BE A BACK DOOR BECAUSE DIDN'T USED TO HAVE A WALL THERE. BUT NOW THERE'S A BACK DOOR AND THEY WANT TO HAVE A SMOKING AREA BACK THERE, AND THEY'RE JUST GOING TO HAVE A LITTLE SCREEN THAT GOES TEMPORARY THAT KIND OF BLOCKS OFF THE VIEW OF PEOPLE THAT ARE SMOKING BACK THERE.
