COMMISSIONERS ARE PRESENT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF COMMISSIONER HARRIS, WHO INFORMED TOWN STAFF HE WOULD NOT BE ATTENDING PRIOR TO THE MEETING. ADDRESSING THE COMMISSION. THOSE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION MUST COMPLETE THE PUBLIC COMMENT. REQUEST FORM LOCATED ON THE TOWN WEBSITE OR IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

EVENING COMMISSION. ITEM THREE B IS A FINAL PLATFORM PROSPER COX TWO FINAL PLATT AND RE PLATT. SO IT IS A FINAL PLAT OF THIS LARGER LOT RIGHT HERE AND I'LL GO TO ANOTHER EXHIBIT OF IT. SO IF YOU CAN SEE THE PORTION OUTLINED IN BLUE, THAT IS A FINAL PLAN AND SO ALL THE, UM AREAS, IDENTIFIED AS RESIDENTIAL PORTION B IS BEING COMBINED INTO ONE RESIDENTIAL LOT. UM AND THEN THAT RED PORTION IS GOING TO REMAIN PART OF THE, UH, COMMERCIAL PORTION OF THIS PLAN DEVELOPMENT. INTO THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAN IS TO CREATE TWO LOTS. ONE FINAL PLATFORM SINGLE RESIDENTS, WHICH IS PROSPER COX BLOCK A LOT ONE AND THE RANGE IS GOING TO BE A REPLY TO THE REMAINDER OF THE PROPERTY FOR PROSPER. COX BLOCK B LOT ONE ARE A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY IS JUST THIS WAS PLAN DEVELOPMENT. 1 20, MG PROSPER NORTH. THIS IS APPROVED BACK LAST YEAR IN 2023.

UM AND PROSPER COX BLOCK A LOT ONE. THE PORTION IN BLUE IN THE PD WAS IDENTIFIED AS RESIDENTIAL . SO YOU SEE THAT ONE RESIDENTIAL LOT THERE, BUT THEN, BOTH OF THOSE BEES ARE ALSO IDENTIFIED AS RESIDENTIAL. SO AGAIN, IT'S JUST A COMBINATION OF ALL THE RESIDENTIAL E IDENTIFIED AREA INTO ONE SINGLE FAMILY 15 LOTS. BUT I WILL NOT TAKE ANY QUESTIONS. UM I'M CLEAR ON LOWER WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE. I JUST WANTED TO GET IT OUT ON PUBLIC RECORD. SO I MOVED THAT WE APPROVED ITEM. THREE B. UH HUH. VERY GOOD. I DON'T FOR REVIEW BACK ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE TOWN COUNCIL AND POSSIBLY DIRECT TOWN STAFF TO SCHEDULE TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION AT A FUTURE MEETING. ALL RIGHT. UM, SO FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT THE UPCOMING TOWN COUNCIL ITEMS NEXT TUESDAY THERE'S THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT FOR PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY. THE CASE THAT YOU GUYS HEARD, UM LAST PINZI MEETING AND THEN FOR UPCOMING PNC MEETING ON FEBRUARY 20TH. THESE TWO ARE STILL POTENTIALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO GO, BUT WE JUST THINK THAT THEY'RE CLOSE. THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COLEMAN IN SIXTH. THAT IS GONNA HAVE BOTH MULTI FAMILY ON THE TOP AND THEN OFFICE ON THE BOTTOM AND THEN A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR DAYCARE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING A DAYCARE OUT OF TEMPORARY BUILDINGS, AND IT'S JUST TO GET A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ON THE RECORD FOR THAT, UM, AND THOSE ARE THE ONLY CASES THAT WE BELIEVE HAVE A SHOT TO MAKE IT.

I DO. I DO BELIEVE THAT YOU'RE GONNA SEE THAT ACTUALLY PEE ON THE AGENDA FOR NEXT TIME. THEY JUST HAVE TO GET THE ZONING SIGNS POSTED THAT PLAN DEVELOPMENT IS STILL UNDER REVIEW, SO THAT MAY NOT MEET THE DEADLINES, BUT YOU'LL PROBABLY SEE THAT SCP NEXT TIME THANKS FOR THE RECAP.
