[00:31:15]

DID YOU KNOW? AND YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PRETTIEST RETAIL STORES AND SHOPS WITH ASTERISK. AND

[00:31:21]

THIS IS WHAT THE ASTERISK MEANS THAT THAT CASE ANYBODY IS CONFUSED. THESE THESE WON'T BE PERMITTED JUICES. LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS THERE. THERE ARE NO SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICTS. ASIDE FROM THE REGULAR LANDSCAPING ORDINANCES, AND SO IN THIS PARTICULAR LIKE IN IN OTHER, UM, USES DOWNTOWN, THERE'D BE A 5 FT LANDSCAPE BUFFER THAT WOULD GO AROUND THE PROPERTY, AND THAT'S BEEN CONSISTENT WITH OTHER THINGS THAT WE'VE DONE. THE ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS. THERE ARE GUIDELINES THAT WERE IN THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN. THAT WERE APPROVED AT THE TIME. THAT PLAN WAS AND, UM THIS IS WHAT THEY PLAN ON DOING, AND THEY WILL ABIDE BY THOSE, UM. THOSE STANDARDS. THIS WENT THROUGH THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THEY RECOMMENDED APPROVAL UNANIMOUSLY, AND STAFF ALSO RECOMMENDS APPROVAL. THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I'D BE HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM THE APPLICANTS HERE IF YOU WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM. OTHERWISE. QUESTIONS FOR STAFF AT THIS POINT. WHAT. WHAT IS? UM HER MOMMY? WHAT RETAIL SERVICES. INCIDENTAL USE MEANS. THAT'S ONE OF THE. IT WOULD BE A ANYTHING. WHAT IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF, UM I CAN'T EVEN THINK OF SOMETHING RIGHT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. IT'S PRETTY TYPICAL AND ALL OF THE DISTRICTS WHERE WE HAVE RETAIL USES THAT THE INCIDENTAL GOES WITH IT. UM AND I HONESTLY I CANNOT THINK OF A SPECIFIC EXAMPLE OF THE MOMENT . I'M SORRY. OKAY NO REST. NO RESTAURANT IS INCLUDED IN THIS, OKAY? UM QUICK QUESTION IS THE YES, SIR, IS THERE ARE THE 1ST 2ND FLOORS ARE EQUAL. I'M SORRY. A EQUAL FOOTPRINT. YES SIR. OKAY SO THERE'LL BE OFFICES UPSTAIRS AND JUST 3500 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL ON THE BOTTOM. IS THAT CORRECT? CORRECT. 14,007 3500 EACH FLOOR. YES YES. OKAY THAT'S ALL. THAT'S WHAT I WANTED TO KNOW. OKAY SORRY. THINKING BACKWARDS. THEY'RE GOOD. CAN YOU GO BACK TO THE RENDERING. I JUST HAVE A I HAVE PARKING. I HAVE SOME PARKING QUESTIONS, OKAY? OKAY SO THE STAFF REPORT MENTIONED THAT THIS IS A 25% REDUCTION. IN WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED. CAN YOU AND I, I'M ASKING BECAUSE I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE CALCULATION WORKS. SO FOR A 7000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING. DEPENDING ON WHETHER IT'S OFFICE OR RETAIL. HOW WOULD THAT BE CALCULATED CALCULATED DIFFERENT FOR OFFICE, I GUESS, IN OTHER WORDS THAN IT IS FOR A RETAIL USE. IF YOU'RE DOING A MIXTURE IS HOW IS IT CALCULATED? BECAUSE IN MY MIND JUST AGAIN. I'M NOT A DEVELOPER, AND I DON'T KNOW HOW IT ALL CALCULATED, BUT YOU KNOW, ONE OF THE USES OF AS

[00:37:38]

PERCENT SHORTAGE IF YOU WILL, AND THEN THE AMOUNT OF PARKING ALONG THE STREET ON ANY GIVEN DAY. BECAUSE IT'S OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. IT'S OFF, OBVIOUSLY KIND OF FLUCTUATES SOME DAYS THERE, MAYBE EIGHT OR 10 WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE, AND SOME DAYS THERE MAY NOT BE ANY AS YOU SAID, WITH 1418 AND OTHER LOCATIONS THAT THAT MAY UTILIZE STREET PARKING SO WE BELIEVE WITH THE MIX AND TIMING AND SO FORTH. DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY THAT THE 25% WHICH IS REALLY I THINK IT CAME OUT 2.7 PARKING SPACES, BUT WE'LL CALL IT THREE PARKING SPACES THAT IT'S SHORT.

WE DON'T BELIEVE THAT THAT'S THAT'S GOING TO CAUSE THE SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM. WHAT WE DO BELIEVE IS THAT WE PROBABLY NEED TO SIT BACK AND FIGURE THAT THAT WHOLE REDUCTION PROCESS BECAUSE IT'S NOT GOING TO BE TOO MUCH LONGER. WE'VE GOT ANOTHER COUPLE OF SIMILAR TYPE USES THAT ARE COMING UP AND WE'RE TALKING TO PROBABLY FOUR DIFFERENT GROUPS ABOUT DOING MORE THINGS AND WE'RE GOING TO BLOW RIGHT THROUGH THE REST OF THOSE PARKING SPACES IF WE DON'T DO SOMETHING, I RECOLLECTION OF PAST CONVERSATIONS WITH THE DOWNTOWN PARKING AND I KNOW WE HAVE REDUCED THE NUMBER, BUT THAT'S USUAL USUALLY BEEN ON NOT IN THE CASE OF PROSPER WINEHOUSE , BUT THAT'S USUALLY BEEN ON CONVERSIONS WHEN SOMEONE'S TAKING AN EXISTING BUILDING AND CONVERTING IT FROM, YOU KNOW A HOME. THEY'RE NOT REALLY DOING MUCH TO THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING, AND THEY'RE MAKING IT AN OFFICE AND YOU KNOW, WE'VE REDUCED THEIR NUMBER OF SPACES BECAUSE, BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT IN MY MIND BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE IS COMING DOWN, SO YOU HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF CONTROL OVER A LITTLE MORE CONTROL OVER MAKING SURE IT'S PARKED APPROPRIATELY BECAUSE YOU'RE BUILDING FROM SCRATCH. SO THAT'S THAT'S MY FEEDBACK. I I'M JUST LIKE, LIKE I SAID, THE LOCATION OF IT. IT'S DIFFERENT THAN THE WHITE HOUSE BECAUSE YOU KNOW, THIS IS A CROSS COLEMAN. SO THE LIKELIHOOD OF SOMEONE PARKING IN TOWN HALL AND WALKING ALL THE WAY DOWN.

UNFORTUNATELY WE'RE LAZY LIKE TO PARK CLOSE, SO I'M JUST I'M CONCERNED THAT WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IS FAMOUS IN OREGON, AND ALL THOSE BUSINESSES WILL END UP WITH WITH PARKED CARS IN FRONT OF THEIR BUSINESS AND BECOME INCREASINGLY FRUSTRATED WITH WITH THAT, BUT I DON'T DISAGREE

[00:40:05]

ABOUT PEOPLE PARKING CITY HALL AND WALKING TO WHATEVER THEY USE IS HERE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I THINK THAT'S THAT'S PROBABLY TRUE. I DON'T THINK IT WOULD COME TO THAT. YOU KNOW, I THINK THERE WOULD BE CLOSER LOCATIONS ON THE STREET WHERE PEOPLE COULD PARK BUT THEIR WORDS I MENTIONED THERE WERE ABOUT 1200 SPACES AND I WILL GET A COPY OF THOSE AND SEND THEM OUT TO YOU ALL THAT CHART JUST SO YOU'LL YOU'LL HAVE IT. BUT THOSE SPACES INCLUDED PRIVATE PARKING LOTS. THEY CONCLUDE THAT IN CALCULATING SOMEBODY'S USABLE SPACE, IF IT'S IN SOMEBODY'S PRIVATE PARKING, THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN. IN THAT RIGHT? I MEAN, THAT'S WHAT YOU SAID, AND THAT'S WHAT I'VE HEARD. EXACTLY CORRECT. I HATE THAT. THE IDEA THAT WE'RE COUNTING PEOPLE'S PRIVATE PARKING IS USABLE FOR PARKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE. THAT WAS THE THOUGHT PROCESS THAT WAS DONE AT THE TIME THAT WAS APPROVED. OKAY I WASN'T HERE SO I CAN'T REITERATE WHAT THE DISCUSSION WAS. BUT THAT IS WHAT THE INTENT WAS WAS TO COUNT UP THE PARKING SPACES AND SEE WHAT WHAT TO DO.

YOU CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT SO FOR YOU'RE SAYING THAT THE STANDARD WERE CAUSED APPROXIMATELY THREE MORE SPACES HE COULDN'T DO PERSONAL SPACES IS THAT DIFFERENT THAN RETAIL? OTHER PLACES IN TOWN OR THAT'S PART OF OUR STRAIGHT TONY RIGHT OUT OF A PARKING CHART. STANDARD THREE SPACES. OKAY, SO, UM AND I'M JUST CONFIRMING. I THINK THE ANSWER IS NO. BUT ONCE WE APPROVED THIS. IT'S NOT LIKE WE GET. THERE'S ANY ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF RETAIL GOES UNDER THERE. THEY DON'T HAVE TO GET FURTHER APPROVAL FOR THE TYPE OF BUSINESS. THAT'S CORRECT. OKAY IF FOR SOME REASON IT WAS DECIDED TO PUT A RESTAURANT OR ANOTHER COFFEE SHOP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, YES, THEY WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK AND CHANGE IT. BUT IF IT'S JUST STRAIGHT RETAIL BOUTIQUE OR SOMETHING, A LOT OF FLOWER SHOP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, THEN NO, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO COME BACK. YOU TELL ME WHAT OUR ORDINANCE SAYS. AS TO RETAIL PARKING. YOU USED IT. YOU SAID THAT YOU GAVE US A

[01:02:32]

MARK. FIRST OF ALL IT LOOKS LIKE TO ME. WE'VE GOT TWO USES BOTTOM FLOOR 3500 SQUARE FEET. 250 FT

[01:02:40]

IS PER PARKING SPACE PER 250. THAT'S 14 THAT YOU NEED FOR RETAIL ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR.

[01:02:48]

WHICH IS AMY KNOWS ISN'T ENOUGH FOR SALON, BUT OTHERWISE. SHOULD SHOULD SUFFICE AS A RULE. SECOND

[01:02:53]

FLOOR IS 3501 PER 350 FOR OFFICE. SO THAT'S ANOTHER 10. SO I GET TO CALCULATE THE NUMBER TO BE ABOUT 24 FOR THAT MIXED USE. WE'VE GOT 15 ON SITE. UH, I DON'T THINK YOU CAN PARK ON THIRD STREET. IF YOU LOOK AT THIS CURB CUTS, AND THERE'S A STOP SIGN THERE AT COLEMAN. I REALLY DOUBT IF THERE'S ANYTHING ON THIRD STREET PARKING IN FRONT OF THIS. SO I THINK YOU GOT TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION YOUR NINE SHORT. PARKING AND UH, WHILE I APPRECIATE THAT THIS IS IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT, WE GOTTA TAKE HIM CONSIDERATION SHARED PARKING. I THINK WE HAVE TO LOOK AT IT WITH EACH

[01:06:22]

THE FACT THAT WE'RE USING AN ALLEYWAY THAT WILL BECOME PARKING. THE ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING IS I'M JUST NOT COMFORTABLE WITH IT. I THINK EVEN IF YOU FLIP THE ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING TO PUT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE PROPERTY BEHIND THAT YOU COULD PUT YOU KNOW TREES OR SOMETHING THAT YOU KNOW, COVERS SOME OF THE BUILDING. I'M JUST NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE PARKING QUANTITY THE WAY THAT THAT WILL LOOK ONCE IT'S YOU KNOW, NEXT TO COLEMAN WITH WITH COLON AND BEING WIDENED. AND I JUST THE FUTURE USE PURPOSES. I HAVE CONCERNS WITH. MY TURN. UM I'M. FIRST OF ALL, I'M HAPPY TO HAVE AN A NEW BUSINESS IN DOWNTOWN PROSPEROUS SO UM, I'M I'M GLAD TO SEE THAT I WOULD BE SUPPORTIVE WITH UM, THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT STATING A PROHIBITION ON THE NON FAMILY FRIENDLY USES, WHICH YOU SEEM TO BE AGREEABLE TO, AS WELL AS A RESTRICTION THAT THE SECOND STORIES OFFICE ONLY AND CANNOT BE USED FOR RETAIL. I WILL LIKE US TO GET A LITTLE CREATIVE. AND I KNOW I'M THE LANDSCAPE QUEEN, BUT, UM, IT LOOKS LIKE THERE'S A COUPLE OF OPPORTUNITIES HERE TO ADD A COUPLE OF SPACES. UM SO WE MIGHT WANT TO GET CREATIVE WITH THAT. AND THEN, UM HELEN HAS THIS PART OF COLEMAN BEEN DESIGNED. OKAY SO WE DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S ON STREET. WE ASSUME THERE WILL BE ON STREET PARKING BECAUSE WE'VE. HAS IT. OKAY SO WE WOULD HAVE ADDITIONAL SPACE ON COLEMAN. NO COLEMAN, PART OF IT, PART OF IT HAD ON STREET PARKING IN DISCUSSIONS PRIOR BUT SINCE IT HASN'T BEEN DESIGNED WE DON'T KNOW REALLY COME INTO THIS ROOM. YES SO? SO WHAT WE'VE GOT DESIGNED RIGHT NOW IS BETWEEN GORGEOUS, WHICH MATCHES UP SOUTH OF REYNOLDS MIDDLE SCHOOL UP TO TALENT. SO NOTHING FROM GORGEOUS SOUTH DOWN TO FIRST, BUT I BELIEVE IN THE OLD TOWN POOR MASTER PLAN. I THINK THIS SECTION WAS PLANNED TO HAVE ON STREET PARKING, AND IT WAS ONE LANE EACH DIRECTION WITH A MEDIAN LANDSCAPE MEETING WITH ON STREET PARKING. I THOUGHT SO TOO, BECAUSE YOU HAVE A WIDE RIGHT AWAY. SO YOU HAVE A WIDER SECTION OF ROADWAY THROUGH THERE, OKAY, THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT. UM SO WITH THOSE CAVEATS. OH AND I WOULD LIKE TO EXCLUDE HAIR SALONS. IF THAT WASN'T OBVIOUS

[01:13:52]

ALREADY THIS WHOLE AREA RIGHT HERE IS ALREADY IN. MEAN ARE THERE THEY HAD TO DO LANDSCAPING. SO YOU'VE ALREADY GOT A LITTLE BUT IT'S GOING TO WALK PAST ONE HIGHLAND WILL BE ON THIS SIDE OVER HERE. YOU GET ANOTHER SPACE. I. MAKE THAT FOUR SPACES. IS THAT IF THEY FEEL I THINK SHE WANTED ANY SALON BETWEEN INCLUDING NAILS, AND I JUST BEAUTY BUT

[01:15:07]

SALON I WOULD LIST HIM HIS NAIL ME. OKAY IS THAT IS THAT YOUR MOTION? JEFF THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I SAID. YES ALRIGHT. COULD WE GET A SECOND ON THAT MOTION? 2ND 2ND BY CRAIG ANDERS ALL IN FAVOR.

[29. Conduct a public hearing and consider and act upon a request for a Planned Development for an Office Building on 0.5± acres, for Bryant’s First Addition, Block 22, Lots 7-9, located on the northwest corner of South Parvin Street and East Second Street. The property is zoned Single Family-15. (ZONE-23-0028) (DH)]

IT WILL. IT'S GOT A VERY LIMITED SET OF USES TO GO WITH IT. ADMINISTRATIVE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDS BUSINESS SERVICE AND INSURANCE OFFICE. THIS IS WHAT THE HOUSE LOOKS LIKE. NOW IT'S NOT BEING CHANGED ON THE EXTERIOR. IT'S JUST BEING UPDATED, DRESSED UP.

SAYS JUST THAT THE LETTER OF PURPOSE HERE IS THE USES. I JUST MENTIONED WHICH ARE REALLY VERY LIMITED. IN THE PAST STEP BY SAYING THIS HAS THE PROPOSAL. YOU SEE THAT PARKING SPACES THAT ARE OUT IN THE FRONT THERE OFF THE STREET THERE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY, BUT THEY'RE OFF THE STREET.

YOU CAN TELL WHERE THAT AREAS IS CUT INTO THE GRASS THAT THAT'S THERE NOW.

[30. Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon amending Chapter 2, Section 13 – Multifamily District; Chapter 4, Section 4.3 – Non-residential and multifamily parking provisions; and Chapter 4, Section 8 – Non-Residential & Multifamily Design and Development of the Town of Prosper Zoning Ordinance to modify Multifamily development standards. (ZONE-23-0024) DH)]

[01:25:19]

ANYMORE IN FACT, THERE'S QUITE A FEW THAT IT DOESN'T FIT. AND SO THE 20 FT BY 9 FT IS MORE THE

[01:25:26]

STANDARD OF WHAT WE HAVE. OF THE 11TH WOULD BE TO, UM, MODIFY THE STANDARDS REFLECTED AND UPDATED PARKING GARAGE REQUIREMENT FROM THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT, PARKING GARAGES AND WHAT THAT MEANS IS, IF THERE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT, WHERE THERE'S SEVERAL USES THAT ARE SHARING THE GARAGES, THEN ALL OF THE GARAGES WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME SPACES AND THEY WOULD ALL HAVE TO FIT TOGETHER AND BE CONNECTED APPROPRIATELY. AND THEN, UM, IT DOES REMOVE THE MULTI FAMILY DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS THAT ARE IN THE MULTI FAMILY SECTION AND THE ORDINANCE NOW AND AGAIN. THE REASON IT DOES. THAT WAS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE IN A P D. AND THE PD. EACH ONE WILL WIND UP BEING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. IF THEY'RE ALONG THE NORTH TOLLWAY.

THEY'LL HAVE TO FOLLOW THOSE GUIDELINES IF THEY'RE IN THE OTHER TWO LOCATIONS, STUFF DOWNTOWN. OR THE COUNT CENTER THAN THEY WOULD WOULD BE ABLE TO THROUGH THE PD PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED AND BUILT APPROPRIATELY. THE STANDARDS, BY THE WAY, IF APPROVED, WOULD APPLY TO ALL OF WHAT HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS ENTITLEMENTS IN THE PAST. SO IF THERE IS A PPD STOP BEEN DEVELOPED YET, AND IT'S ALLOWED TO HAVE 350 MULTI FAMILY UNITS. UM THEY'D HAVE TO ABIDE BY THESE REGULATIONS IF THEY WERE NOT

[31. Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon amending Chapter 4, Section 5.2 – Location of Required Screening, of the Town of Prosper Zoning Ordinance to modify the screening requirements for trash and recycling collection areas. (ZONE-23-0025) (DH)]

[01:43:53]

EAT OR SUFFICIENT TO SCREEN. FAMILY QUESTIONS HAPPILY ANSWER. YEAH I WANT TO MAKE CLEAR. MAKE

[01:44:01]

SURE I UNDERSTAND YOUR CLARIFICATION. YES, SIR, CAME FROM P AND Z IS IT IS FROM THEM

[01:44:08]

STRAIGHT 8 FT. GATES THE SAME HEIGHT. AND THEN THE LANDSCAPE. ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING WITH IRRIGATION STAFF IS MAKING AN ADDITIONAL CHANGE TO THAT TO SAY 8 FT OR SUFFICIENT TO SCREEN CORRECT, CORRECT. I'M SORRY. MORE SCREEN. WHAT'S BEHIND? YEAH DESCRIBE AGAIN THE COMP ACTORS OR JUST A LITTLE BIT TALLER THAN EIGHT AND WE DON'T SEE ANY NEED TO MAKE EVERYTHING NINE BECAUSE EVERYBODY IS NOT GOING TO HAVE A COMPACT ER JUST TO CONTINUE THAT CLARIFICATION. YES, SIR P. N Z DID NOT UNANIMOUSLY. APPROVED THAT RECOMMENDATION. WE DIDN'T WE DIDN'T HAVE THAT DISCUSSION WITH P AND Z HONESTLY AND THE REASON WAS WHEN IT CAME BACK WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS. WE HAD THE DISCUSSIONS. EXCUSE ME INTERNALLY WITH STAFF ABOUT OKAY , YOU KNOW, TO MAKE SURE THAT

[01:45:07]

WE'VE GOT THE HEIGHTS DOWN AND SO FORTH. AND SO THE ONLY PART THAT WE DIDN'T TELL P AND Z THAT WE WERE GOING TO THINK ABOUT RECOMMENDING TO THE COUNCIL WAS THE LITTLE WRITER OR ABOUT SUFFICIENT TO SCREEN. WHAT'S BEHIND IT. THEY RECOMMENDED A MINIMUM OF EIGHT. WE'RE FINE WITH A MINIMUM OF EIGHT. WE JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMPACTOR THAT IT'S BUILT A LITTLE BIT TALLER, SO THERE'S WASN'T A MAXIMUM. THAT WAS A MINIMUM, OKAY? OTHER QUESTIONS FOR STAFF. YEAH. BABIES DANCING THIS OR WE NEED TO TRASH TALK. OKAY AH! WHAT WHAT? WHAT IS THE HAT OF THE TYPICAL DUMPSTERS BACK THERE? THE DOCTOR DOESN'T HAVE THE ANSWER. YEAH WOW.

WHISPER TRASH WHISPER. YEAH THE DUMPSTERS THAT ARE TYPICALLY INSIDE THESE NOT THE TRASH COMPACTORS SIX INCHES. OKAY. DO THEY TYPICALLY FILL FROM THE TOP OR FROM THE FRONT. BOTH SO 786 INCHES CAN MEAN MAN FEET OF TRASH. THAT'S ALL. I'M ASKING. YOU LOOK AT THE

[01:55:46]

SOME CALLS RECENTLY ABOUT THAT. ANY OTHER DISCUSSION FROM THE COUNCIL. IS THERE ANYONE LIKE TO

[01:55:54]

MAKE A MOTION? I MOVED TO APPROVE AMENDING CHAPTER FOUR SECTION 5.2 LOCATION OF REQUIRED SCREENING OF THE TOWN OF PROSPEROUS ZONING ORDINANCE TO MODIFY THE SCREENING REQUIREMENTS FOR TRASH AND RECYCLE COLLECTION AREAS. OKAY. MOTION DO HAVE SECOND. ON SECOND. SECOND BY CRAIG ANDERSON. PAUL IN FAVOR, AND I'M SORRY. I'M SORRY. WITH THAT INCLUDE THE THREE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE PANSY. YES THEY WERE IN. NO, THEY'RE NOT WRITTEN IN THERE, NOT YOU HAVE TO ADD THEM. YEAH THAT'S A THAT'S A VALID 8 FT MINIMUM OF 8 FT. GATES THE SAME HEIGHT. IT'S THE WALL. AND LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION AROUND THE OUTSIDE. 8 FT OR 8 FT OR RECORD THAT AS I'M SORRY. RIGHT I BELIEVE THAT WAS THE INTENT OF YEAH. SUBJECT TO THE P AND Z AMENDMENTS AND THE STAFF AMENDMENT. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS. OKAY OKAY. OKAY WITH TERRY DO WE NEED TO READ? OKAY I BELIEVE, AND THEN I BELIEVE THAT'S UNANIMOUS.

CORRECT. YES, THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR GETTING CLARIFYING. GOOD JOB, DAVID. THANK YOU, DAVID.

[32. Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon amending Chapter 3, Section 1.4, Subpart 38 – Automobile Sales/Leasing, Used, of the Town of Prosper Zoning Ordinance to provide additional criteria for this use. (ZONE-23-0026) (DH)]
