THOSE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION WAS COMPLETE. THE PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FORM LOCATED ON THE TALENTED WEBSITE ON COUNCIL CHAMBERS. DON'T NUMBER SIX REVIEW AND ACT ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE TOWN COUNCIL IMPOSSIBLE. DIRECT TOWN STAFF TO SCHEDULE TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION AT A FUTURE MEETING. OKAY, SO JUST QUICKLY WANTED TO GO OVER. ANNOUNCEMENTS. UM AT THE APRIL 25TH COUNCIL MEETING. UM TOM COUNCIL DID APPROVE THE PROSPER NORTH ZONING. THIS IS THE ONE BY SILVERMAN'S PROPERTY JUST OFF OF PRESTON ROAD THAT WAS GOING FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO, UM, PLAN DEVELOPMENT FOR RETAIL. BUT DID RECOMMEND APPROVAL AGAIN. I TOLD YOU I'LL ASK HIM THAT THE ADVOCATE MADE SOME GREAT MODIFICATIONS AND GOT WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD. UM AND THAT INCREASED LANDSCAPING MOVED BUILDINGS AND SO, UM, STAFF EVEN CHANGED OUR RECOMMENDATION. WE RECOMMENDED DENIAL AT FIRST. AND SO WE DID RECOMMEND APPROVAL, SO COUNCIL DID RECOMMEND, IMPROVE OR APPROVE THE ITEM. UM, UPCOMING FOR NEXT TUESDAY. UM ONE SONG RANCH BUILDING MATERIALS THAT Y'ALL APPROVED SIX. SO UM, IT WAS JUST AN UPDATE FOR THE HOUSE OR THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. UM NEXT PNC MEETING. UM WE ARE GOING TO HAVE RIGHT NOW. WE HAVE 16 POTENTIAL CONSENT ITEMS COMING IN, UM AND THEN TO YOUR POTENTIAL PUBLIC HEARINGS, SO IT WOULD WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE A LONGER AGENDA. UM IF YOU CAN, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND. UM, PROSPER HILLS. WE TABLED THAT ITEM LAST TIME, UM, WITH THE FUTURE LANNY'S AMENDMENT AND THEN PRADERA. BUT IF ANY OF THE COMMISSIONERS WANTS TO GO, IT'S A LIKE A MILE, UM, WALKING TOWARD ASK ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL UM, BUT I THOUGHT THAT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY.

AND THEN OTHER THAN THAT, WE'RE EXCITED, ANNOUNCED WE ARE GETTING A DIRECTOR. FINALLY, UM I THINK IT'S BEEN A YEAR SINCE CAR LEFT AND MET HER BRIEFLY. BUT MARIE, HIS NAME IS DAVID AS WELL. DAVID HOOVER. UM FROM HE WAS WORKED AT LEAGUE CITY AND BY HOUSTON. SO A LOT OF GREAT EXPERIENCE DEFINITELY GOING TO HELP THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT. UM, PROBABLY BE MORE ACTIVE IN COUNCIL.
