IN THIS CASE, THIS IS OUR LITTLE PRESSURE PLAYING FACE TO A WATERLINE PROJECT YOU CAN SEE HERE. THERE'S APPROXIMATELY 12 PARCELS IDENTIFIED IN THE ALIGNMENT OF THE WATERLINE. THAT STARTS FROM WORDS HIGHLIGHTED THE EXISTING WATERLINE THAT'S RIGHT BEHIND ARE DIRECTLY NORTH OF THE BLUE COLLAR, MULTI FAMILY THERE ON THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE PROJECT EXTENDING WEST OVER TO THE INTERSECTION OF RICHLAND BOULEVARD AND QUITE QUITE ROAD. UM QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS . I JUST EVERYBODY IS STILL AWARE OF THAT. OUR PROCESSES GO TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO GIVE THEM A REQUEST FOR THE DEDICATION OF THE EASEMENT. THEY HAVE 30 DAYS AT THAT POINT TO EITHER GREETED THE TOWNS OFFER AT WHICH POINT IF THEY DON'T AGREE TO TOWNS OFFER THAN WE MAKE THAT DATA. THESE ARE APPRAISAL TO MAKE THAT FINAL OFFER. WHICH TURNED THEY HAVE 15 DAYS TO PROVIDE COMMENTS ON WHETHER OR NOT THEY ACCEPT THE TOWNS TOWNS FINAL OFFER DURING THE NEGOTIATION PERIOD. WE DO ASK FOR DONATIONS. YOU KNOW A LOT OF TIMES. SO UNFORTUNATELY, THIS WATER LINE IS GOING TO TRAVERSE THEIR PROPERTY SERVICING THE LOW PRESSURE PLAYING, WHICH IS WEST OF THE RAILROAD TRACKS, SO UNFORTUNATELY, WE'RE IN THIS INSTANCE WE'RE NOT ABLE TO OFFER THEM ANY INCENTIVE AS FAR AS CONNECTION TO THIS LINE, SINCE IT IS A DIRECT FEED TO OUR LOW PRESSURE PLANE, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW IT'S NOT WORTH. IT'S WORTH ASKING IF THEY'RE THERE. WE'VE HAD TO GO THROUGH THE CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS MORE THAN WE HAVE IN YEARS PAST, SO THIS GIVES US THAT ABILITY AHEAD OF TIME TO KEEP THE PROJECT MOVING FORWARD BY GIVING THE APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION NIGHT YOU GIVE US THAT ADVANCE AUTHORITY TO MOVE FORWARD IF NEGOTIATIONS AREN'T AREN'T ABLE TO GET THE EASEMENTS.
