THEY WOULD NOT BE HERE THIS EVENING. ADDRESSING THE COMMISSION. THOSE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION MUST COMPLETE THE PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FORM LOCATED IN THE TOWN WEBSITE OR IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

CONDUCTED PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER AND ACT UPON REQUEST TO REZONE 40.1 ACRES FROM SINGLE FAMILY. SF 15 TO DOWNTOWN OFFICE GTO ON LOTS, 10 A 11 B. THIS IS CASE Z 22-1 SET. GOOD EVENING.

DATING QUESTIONERS. SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 2 76 BROADWAY, WHICH IS THE NORTH SIDE OF BROADWAY STREET AND EAST OF HALL STREET. THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST IS TO REZONE REZONED FROM SF 15 SINGLE FAMILY TO DOWNTOWN OFFICE DISTRICT. SO THAT A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE CAN BE CONVERTED INTO AN OFFICE. STAFF HAS VISITED THE SITE AND FEELS THAT THIS REQUEST WOULD FIT NICELY WITH THE EXISTING AREA. STAFF ALSO UNDERSTANDS THAT THE NATURE OF BUSINESS IS EVOLVING IN SUCH A WAY THAT PROMOTES A MORE CASUAL HOMETOWN APPROACH. IT IS WORTH NOTING THAT THE SITE CONFORMS TO THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. PER STATE LAW. AND PROSPER ZONING ORGANS. NOTICES WERE SENT OUT TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNERS AND STAFF HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY LETTERS OF OPPOSITION. THEREFORE TOWN STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL FOR THE REQUEST, AND I'LL SEND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. REALLY NEED TO PLANNING AND WE TRY TO GIVE YOU ALL A DRAFT OF WHAT MAY BE BETTER ON THAT AND KIND OF GET Y'ALL. WE HAVEN'T REACHED THE MIDDLE COMING UP FOR, UM ON NOVEMBER 22ND WE HAVE AN EASTERN MIDDLE COMING IN ON 12 5 DECEMBER FIFTH AND THEN WE JUST HAVE ONE P AND Z MEETING IN DECEMBER, WHICH IS ON DECEMBER SIX. AND THAT'S ALL THE HOLIDAYS. WE GET A LITTLE LITTLE BIT BUSY, BUT THAT'S ALL WE HAVE. SO AT THIS TIME, SO THAT DECEMBER 6TH MEETING IT WAS OUR NEXT MEETING, BUT THAT THAT AGENDA SAID LOOKING PRETTY UM, PRETTY LIGHT AT THIS POINT. I KNOW YOU GOT A COUPLE OF THINGS RIGHT NOW. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA JUST BECAUSE THAT RECENT LITTLE DAY IS IT NORMALLY WE WOULD HAVE THE RECENT MIDDLE TODAY. BUT I RECENTLY IT'S NOT TILL NOVEMBER 22ND. AND A HALF BEFORE THAT. SCHEDULED MEETING. OKAY UM ARE REALLY A WEEK BEFORE. HONESTLY THAT'S WHERE IT GETS A LITTLE CRUCIAL FOR US TO SORT OF WE HAVE A WEEK TO KIND OF CREATE THE AGENDA STAFF REPORT AND REVIEW IT FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS. A LOT OF TIMES WE TRIED TO NOT ESPECIALLY FOR THE SITUATION THAT WE HAD LAST MEETING IN THIS MEETING. WE TRIED TO KIND OF GET THEM TOGETHER. THAT JUST UNFORTUNATELY JUST HAPPENS WHERE THERE WERE JUST WERE TWO SEPARATE MEETINGS.
