SO, UM, SHE'S ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT'S OUR NUMBER RIGHT NOW FOR THE CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP. 98. 25,000. SO SHE'S RAISED $75,000 TO HELP US OFFSET COST OF THIS EVENT, SO SHE DOES MUCH , MUCH MORE. AND I MEAN ALL THE DOWNTOWN DISCOVERED DOWNTOWN EVENTS. SHE'S OUT THERE. SHE'S GOT SONIC TO PUT OUR FLYERS ON ALL THEIR BAGS, SO JUST GETTING THE WORD OUT. SO ANYWAYS, I WANTED TO BRING HER OUT TONIGHT AND RECOGNIZE HER AND GIVE YOU GUYS A CHANCE TO THANK HER. UM, WE HAVE AND WE APPRECIATE HER AND SHE SHE DIDN'T STOP. SHE'S BY OUR OFFICE. MORE THAN ONE OF THE STAFF ARE SO, UM, ANYHOW, SO SHE GOT THIS BEAUTIFUL AWARD.

YEAH, PLEASE. SHE MIGHT HIT YOU UP FOR A SPONSORSHIP. JUST BE CAREFUL. DON'T DON'T. DON'T LOOK HER IN THE EYE. LINDA AND HER HUSBAND MOVED TO THIS COMMUNITY 14 YEARS AGO, 15. OKAY? SO SHE'S

[00:05:09]

BEEN THIS COMMITTEE 15 YEARS KNOWS EVERYBODY, UM JUST AS A REMARKABLE PERSON, SO WE ARE VERY, VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HER. SO I JUST WANT TO THANK YOU. THANK YOU. AND MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT BACK. SHE'S TENACIOUS. CONGRATULATIONS. AND UH, YEAH. I'M JUST HERE TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO VOLUNTEER AT EITHER OR BOTH OF THOSE EVENTS. THANKS MUCH. THANK YOU, BARBARA. RIGHT? THE PRESENTATION OF THE PARKS AND

[5. Presentation of the Prosper Parks and Trail System.]

TRAILS SYSTEMS. ALL RIGHT. GOOD EVENING, EVERYONE. SO LAST PARK BOARD MEETING IT WAS EXPRESSED OR IT WAS DISCUSSED ABOUT. HEY YOU KNOW, WE HAVE SOME NEW MEMBERS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT OUR PARKS AND TRAILS AND I KNOW SINCE THEN, YOU GUYS WERE GIVEN A TOUR OF SOME OF OUR FACILITIES BUT WANTED TO GO AHEAD AND JUST KIND OF GIVING AN OVERVIEW OF OUR PARKS AND TRAILS SYSTEMS. UM BEFORE I START I ALSO WANTED TO INTRODUCE PARVIZ . HE'S ONE OF MY PARK PLANNERS IN THE BACK THERE. UH HE HAS BEEN WITH US ABOUT THREE OR FOUR YEARS NOW, AND HE'S BEEN A GREAT HIGHER. UM, AND HE'S HELPED ME OUT WITH NUMEROUS, UH, PROJECTS AS WELL AS GOING BACK THROUGH AND UPDATING OUR TRAIL SYSTEMS. MAKING SURE THEY'RE ACCURATELY, UH TABULATED ABOUT WHAT NEW TRAILS WE'VE BUILT AND NEW PARKS AND MAKING THEM ACCURATE AND MAKING SURE AS WE I'LL GO AHEAD AND SHOW OUR LATEST TRAIL PLAN RIGHT THERE AS WE DEVELOP OUR TRAIL NETWORK THAT THEY'RE ACCURATELY PORTRAYED, AND, UH ARE CONNECTING TO THE NETWORK OF TRAILS. SO HERE'S JUST AN OVERVIEW OF OUR TRAIL SYSTEM. UM THIS IS THE ENTIRE TOWN. WE HAVE VARIOUS TRAILS. THEY RANGE FROM EIGHT FT. WIDE TO 12 FT WIDE. UH THE INITIAL TRAIL PLAN ACTUALLY DATES BACK TO 2007 WITH OUR PARKS MASTER PLAN THAT WAS DONE BY HALF AN ASSOCIATES THEN. SINCE THEN, WE HAVE CONTINUED TO GROW AND MAKE SURE THAT WE IMPLEMENT IT. WE ALSO UPDATED IT IN 2015 AND AGAIN IN 2020 AND 2020. WE ACTUALLY DID A TRAIL MASTER PLAN, IT WAS FOCUSED COMPLETELY ON TRAILS AND TRAIL STANDARDS AND HAD A LOT OF PUBLIC INPUT. SO BUT THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. OVERALL WE HAVE 54 MILES OF HIKING BIKE TRAIL ON THE GROUND. WITH 92 MORE IN THE FUTURE. AT SOME POINT, SO ULTIMATELY WE'RE LOOKING TO HAVE 146 MILES OF TRAIL. UM AND IF YOU DO WANT TO SEE IT IN, I ZOOMED IN VIEW. I THINK, GO TO OUR WEBSITE PROSPER TX THAT DOES UNDER THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT. THEY HAVE AN INTERACTIVE MAP. IT'S A G I S SYSTEM MAP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO TURN ON DIFFERENT LAYERS OF THE TOWN. WHETHER IT'S UM YOU KNOW DIFFERENT SUBDIVISIONS OR DIFFERENT STREETS, BUT IT ALSO HAS A POINT OF INTEREST TAB. LAYER THAT YOU CAN TURN ON THAT

[00:10:04]

HAS THE TRAILS AS WELL AS THE PARKS AND THEN YOU CAN ZOOM IN AND YOU CAN LOOK MORE CLOSELY ABOUT WHERE THESE TRAILS ARE WHERE THEY'RE PROPOSING IN THE FUTURE AND SO FORTH. SO UM, ANYWAY, SO THIS IS THE LATEST ONE THAT WE HAVE, UM JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME TERMINOLOGY. THAT IS IN A LEGEND. HERE. THERE IS A PROPOSED VELA WEB SO THAT FELLOW WEB IS ACTUALLY A REGIONAL TRAIL NETWORK THAT IS PUT TOGETHER BY THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS. IT'S 11 COUNTIES . THEY HAVE AN OVERALL TRAIL MAP THAT INCLUDES AS FAR WEST AS FORT WORTH AS FAR EAST AS, UH, LET'S SEE THAT PARKER COUNTY. MAYBE AND THEY HAVE A GIANT TRAIL NETWORK. SO WE MEET WITH THEM AS I BELIEVE WHATEVER REPRESENTATIVE ON THEIR BOARD AND WHEN THEY UPDATE THEIR TRAUMATIC, THEY REACH OUT TO ALL THE LOCAL COUNTIES AND CITIES AND SEE WHERE THEIR TRAIL NETWORK IS. WE'RE LOOKING TO PROPOSE BELLA WEB TRAIL, WHICH IS GOING TO CONNECT FROM BASICALLY LITTLE ELM. COME UP THERE. WINDSONG GO ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF WINDSONG DOWN STAR TRAIL AND THROUGH THE COMMUNITY AND ALL THE WAY OUT TO WHITLEY PLACE AND ALL THE WAY TO MCKINNEY. SO THAT IS WE'RE PROPOSING AND THAT AS WE'RE BUILDING IT AT 12 FT WIDE TRAIL THAT AS IT CONTINUES TO BE CONNECTED WILL PROBABLY IN THE FUTURE, START, MARKETING IT AND LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS HUGE REGIONAL TRAIL THAT'S LONG TERM GOAL. UM OUR TRAIL DEVELOPMENT JUST FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW OUR MOTTO IS GROWTH PACE FOR GROWTH. SO AS DEVELOPMENTS COME IN, WE IMPLEMENT A TRAIL SYSTEM THAT SAY, HEY, YOU NEED TO BUILD THIS TRAIL AS A PART OF YOUR DEVELOPMENT. UM AND IT'S INCORPORATED WITH THEIR DEVELOPMENT. SO IF YOU SEE GAPS IN TRAILS, IT'S BECAUSE WE'RE WAITING FOR THAT DEVELOPMENT TO COME IN TO BUILD IT. SO, UM THAT IS A VERY HIGH LEVEL DISCUSSION ABOUT THE TRAILS. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT? HOW MANY MILES HAVE BEEN BUILT IN 2022 LAST THIS YEAR. AS OF NOW, I THINK WE'RE AT 1.4 MILES SOMEWHERE AROUND THERE. SO UM, WINDSONG, THEY'RE ALMOST THEY HAVE MAYBE TWO MORE SO WINDSONG RANCH ON THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN. THEY'RE BUILDING AT LEAST 40 MILES IF I CAN BIKE TRAIL WHEN THEY'RE ULTIMATELY DONE, I THINK THEY HAVE TWO OR THREE MORE YEARS LEFT. THEY'RE ACTUALLY BUILDING THIS LONG OUT. JUST IF YOU CAN SEE IT WITH MY CURSOR. THERE'S THIS 12 FT WIDE TRAIL THAT COMES IN LOOPS AROUND HERE IT IS. JUST OVER ONE MILE. THEY'RE BUILDING ALL THAT RIGHT NOW THERE WILL BE DONE WITHIN THE NEXT 23 MONTHS. AH SO THAT'S A BIG CHUNK OF TRAIL THAT THEY THEY FINALLY FINISHED THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND THEY THEY'RE BUILDING AND THAT WILL BE A BIG LOOP AND IT WILL GO ALONG THE ENTIRE CREEK. ALMOST DEPARTMENT ROAD, SO THERE'S A LITTLE GAP THERE WHERE THE FUTURE MIDDLE SCHOOL WILL BE SO UM SO YEAH, WE'RE WE'VE WE'VE HEARD ABOUT TWO MILES OF TRAIL YEAR. PRETTY MUCH 2 TO 3 MILES, SO. HOW BIG IS WINDSONG ON THIS MAP? I MEAN, WHEN SONG IS BASICALLY SO THIS IS WINDSONG COMMUNITY PARK, AND I'LL LET ME SEE IF THE NEXT SLIDE. SO HERE'S HERE'S ANOTHER MAP OF SHOWING OUR PARKS. SO IF YOU'RE JUST TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, CAMERON WHEN SONG IS HERE'S THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF TOWN OF PROSPER.

THIS IS THE EASTERN BOUNDARY. THIS IS WINDS ON THAT GOES ALL THE WAY TO TILL PARKWAY ALL THE WAY DOWN THAT DEAL. AS THE EASTERN BOUNDARY AND THEN PRETTY MUCH COMES OVER HERE. WE'RE NUMBER FIVE IS, UM THIS IS OUR LATEST PART. UM THAT WE PURCHASED ACTUALLY FROM WINDSONG. AND THEN THIS IS DOPE BRANCH AND SO BASICALLY THE EAST SIDE OF DOUGH BRANCHES, APPROXIMATELY THE BOUNDARY OF IT SO NOW, THIS IS A FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL OVER HERE, SO TECHNICALLY , IT'S NO. THEY HIDE THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AUDIT FROM WINDSONG, BUT THAT'S THAT'S IN THE FUTURE.

SO I DON'T KNOW WHICH HIGH SCHOOL THAT WILL BE THE LATINO MAYBE. NUMBER FIVE. THERE YOU GO. MHM SO ANY MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT TRAILS BEFORE I MOVE ON TO COORDINATE WITH OUR NEIGHBORS.

IS THAT HOW YES. SO UM, WE LIKE WHEN WE DID THE HEIGHT COMEBACK TRAIL IN 2020. 2020 2021. UH THE MOST RECENTLY WE COORDINATE WITH THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, THE CITY OF SELENA. LITTLE ELM, ACTUALLY OWNS THEY THEIR PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, ACTUALLY, JUST WEST OF TEAL G OR TEAL SOMEWHERE IN THAT AREA, AND THEN FIRST GO TO THE SOUTH, SO WE REACH OUT TO OUR COUNTERPARTS DOWN THERE, MAKE SURE OUR TRAILS ALIGNED WITH THEIR TRAILS. UH UM, MAKE ANY MORE RECENTLY SAID THEY HAD A DEVELOPMENT ON THE EAST SIDE AND ASKED ABOUT WHERE A ARE WE IF WE CONNECT ON THE NORTH SIDE

[00:15:01]

OF WILSON CREEK, WILL YOU CONNECT THERE? AND SO WE CONTINUALLY HAVE CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM AS WELL AS THE LINE THAT MAKE SURE THAT IT MAKES SENSE. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, UM, WE TRY TO CONNECT WHETHER THERE'S A CREEK WAYS OR CREEK SO, LIKE PRESERVED OR LIKE DOPE CREEK. YOU KNOW, GOES UP INTO SELENA SO MAKING SURE THAT IT CONNECTS DOWN THERE MAJOR THOROUGHFARES LIKE PRESTON ROAD , HAVING TRAILS THAT GO ALL THE WAY UP PRESTON AND CONNECTING THERE ALONG THE STREETS THERE OR EVEN, UM, YOU KNOW, LEGACY OR CUSTER ROADS. DID YOU GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS? SURE ABSOLUTELY. WELL AND I GUESS THAT THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING WHAT AVELLO WEB IS. IT WAS NO PROBLEM, NOT A TERM THAT I WAS FAMILIAR WITH. AND I GUESS I HAVE A KIND OF A FOLLOW UP QUESTION. UM, SO IF IT'S LIKE A REGIONAL GREEP OR, YOU KNOW, COMMITTEE THAT KIND OF COMES TOGETHER. IS EACH COMMUNITY STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR FUNDING THEIR OWN TRAIL SYSTEM, OR IS THERE LIKE A POT OR FUNDING THAT'S AVAILABLE TO KIND OF FIND SOME OF THESE EFFORTS AND MORE OF A REGIONAL CONTEXT? YEAH, THAT'S A GREAT QUESTION. SO UM THERE'S A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT MECHANISMS THAT, UM, THAT GOES THROUGH. SO AS I MENTIONED WE HAVE THIS, YOU KNOW DELAWARE, WHICH IS THROUGH THE CENTRAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS. THERE IS ALSO COLLIN COUNTY THAT HAS THEIR OWN TRAIL MASTER PLAN THAT THEY PUT OUT AS KIND OF A COORDINATED EFFORT TO MAKE SURE THE COUNTY HAS TRAILS THAT ARE CONNECTED. PART OF THAT EFFORT INCLUDES THEN THESE, UH. PROJECT FUNDING GRANTS THAT WILL BE USED TO HELP CITIES BUILD OUT THESE TRAILS. SO, FOR EXAMPLE, WE JUST RECENTLY WON WITH THE COUNTY $250,000 TO HELP PAY FOR THE TRAILS ALONG THE FIRST STREET PROJECT THAT IT'S GOING TO BE BUILT FROM, UH, QUITE TO CUSTOM. THAT ROAD PROJECT IS BUILDING UH , THE HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL ALONG THE STREET THERE THAT'S GOING TO CONNECT TO THE HIGH SCHOOL AS WELL AS WE'RE BUILDING A TUNNEL THAT'S GONNA GO UNDERNEATH FIRST STREET THAT'S GOING TO CONNECT TO THE LAKEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD TO THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT THAT IS WEST OF WHITLEY. PLACE THE VILLAGES OF PROSPER WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO DO THAT. THAT TENNIS CLUB CENTER. UM, MEMBER WHEN THEY THINK, JOHN, YOU WERE AT THOSE MEETINGS WHEN WE MET WITH THEM IN THAI? YEP. YEP.

REMEMBER IT'S ALL COMING BACK TO ME WHENEVER THEY DO THAT TENNIS CLUB. SO UM, WE'RE GONNA DO A TUNNEL UNDERNEATH THERE. SO ANYWAY, THAT FUNDING THAT WE REQUEST A LOT OF TIMES THE HELP IDENTIFY THOSE, YOU KNOW POTENTIAL PROJECTS THAT OVERALL TRAIL SO I DON'T KNOW IF THAT ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION, SO OKAY, GREAT. THANK YOU. ALRIGHT SO MOVING ON. SO HE'S OUR THESE ARE OUR PARK. THIS IS KIND OF OUR PARK. LATEST PARK, UM, KIND OF MAP SHOWING ALL OF THE PROPERTIES THAT WE OWN THAT WE UTILIZE FOR PARKS, BOTH ONES THAT WE DO OWN ONES THAT WE WILL EVENTUALLY OWN OR ONES THAT WE'RE LOOKING TO OWN AND VARIOUS CAPACITIES. SO, UM THESE, YOU KNOW, RANGE FROM DIFFERENT SIZES FROM POCKET PARKS TO REGIONAL PARKS. UM THE. LET'S SEE. HERE WE HAVE NOW APPROXIMATELY 635 ACRES OF PARKLAND, WHICH IS GREAT. UM AND THAT INCLUDES PROPERTY LIKE SOME OF IT LIKE, FOR EXAMPLE, NUMBER FIVE. THAT'S THE LATEST ONE WE PURCHASED OVER HERE. THAT'S WHAT WE'RE CALLING THE DOUGH CREEK PROPERTY. UM RIGHT NOW IT'S NOT IMPROVED OTHER THAN THE MIC. THE MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS THAT ARE OUT THERE. UM PART OF THE BUDGET THIS LAST YEAR WAS TO DO SOME INTERIM USES OUT THERE IS TO ALLOW. YOU KNOW SOME, UH PARTLY LIKE GRAVEL PARKING AND PEOPLE TO GET ON THAT BEFORE WE FULLY DEVELOP IT AND USING, UH, GOING THROUGH A MASTER PLAN PROCESS. SO, UM. AND THEN THE DIFFERENT COLORS. FOR EXAMPLE, THOSE THAT DARK GREEN THESE ARE THE UNDEVELOPED PROPERTIES THAT WE HAVE. YOU KNOW, THIS IS RAYMOND COMMUNITY PARK, WHICH WE'RE WORKING ON NOW AND THEN THE LIGHT GREEN ONES. THOSE ARE THE EXISTING PARKS THAT WE HAVE, UH, THAT WERE DONE IMPROVEMENTS ON SO THE YELLOW ONES ARE FUTURE ONES THAT WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE AGREEMENTS WITH OR THAT WE HAVE SOME DOCUMENTATION THAT BASICALLY SAYS WE'RE GOING TO GET A PARK HERE EVENTUALLY. WE JUST DON'T OWN IT YET, BUT WE HAVE AGREEMENTS IN PLACE THAT ONCE THOSE TRIGGERS, UM TAKE PLACE TO DEDICATED THAN THOSE THAT'S WHEN IT WILL BE DEDICATED. THE BLUE ONES ARE ONES WHERE WE'RE WORKING.

WHENEVER DEVELOPMENT WOULD COME IN THAT WE HAVE IDENTIFIED ASKING FOR A PARK. UM SO NORMALLY, WHAT WE DO IS IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DEDICATE A PARK WITH DEVELOPMENTS OR WE DON'T IDENTIFY THAT WE GET MONEY IN LIEU OF THAT, SO WE HAVE DIFFERENT. WE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT FEES THAT WE HAVE THAT THESE DEVELOPMENTS OF PARK IMPROVEMENT FEE, WHICH IS A PRICE PER HOME

[00:20:02]

$1500 PER SINGLE FAMILY UNIT $2000 PER MULTI FAMILY UNIT. AND THEN A PARK DEDICATION FEE, WHICH IS WE ASKED THE DEVELOPMENTS TO THAT ARE SINGLE FAMILY THEY TO DEDICATE ONE ACRE OF PARKLAND PER 35 HOMES. UM. 45% OF THE DEVELOPMENT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. AND IF WE DON'T IDENTIFY A PARK THERE THAN WE TAKE THE MONEY THAT THAT WOULD BE WORTH BASED ON THE VALUE OF THE LAND, SO THAT WILL THEN GO INTO A BASICALLY SPECIAL FUND THAT'S THEN USED TO BUY PROPERTY. SO, FOR EXAMPLE, NUMBER FIVE WE USED OUR PARK DEDICATION FEE FIND TO HELP PURCHASE THAT WHICH WAS MONEY BROUGHT IN FROM THE DEVELOPMENTS. UM ONE THING.

LET'S SEE IF I HAD IT ON HERE. I DID NOT ANOTHER THING ON OUR WEBSITE WE HAVE IS A AND I JUST PRINTED IT OUT. HERE IS OUR AMENITY SHEET, WHICH BASICALLY LAYS OUT ALL THE PARKS THAT WE HAVE. AND THEN THE ADDRESSES THE TOTAL SIZE OF THE PARKS. UM IF THERE'S TRAILS THERE THAT WE DELINEATE HOW MANY MILES OF TRAILER ON THAT PARK WE ALSO SAY IF THERE'S A LOOP THERE, SO IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A PARK AND SAY, I WANT TO RUN A MILE TODAY AROUND THE PARK WELL, YOU COULD GO TO, UM FOLSOM PARK, AND THERE'S A ONE MILE LOOP THERE. FRONTIER PARKS BAD ABOUT A, UM I THINK I MEAN, THEY'RE ABOUT TO DO A FIVE K ON THE VARIOUS ROUTE, BUT AT 1.7 MILE LOOP OR WHATNOT. WE ALSO LAY OUT HOW MANY PAVILIONS WE HAVE, OR WHICH PAVILIONS WE HAVE IN PARKS WHERE WE HAVE PLAYGROUNDS, FISHING PIERS, GRILLS, DRINKING FOUNTAINS. YOU NAME IT LIKE WE HAVE 16 PLAYGROUNDS TOTAL. WE HAVE 15 PAVILIONS. WE HAVE, UH, 67 PICNIC TABLES. WE TRY TO QUANTIFY ALL OF OUR INVENTORY. UM IN THE FUTURE. WE'RE HOPING TO DO A DEEP DIVE INTO ASSET MANAGEMENT OF WHEN WE NEED TO GO THROUGH AND REPLACE A LOT OF THOSE, UM, WHEREAS WE START GROWING AND GETTING MORE DEVELOPED AND NEEDING TO REPLACE STUFF, IT JUST BECOMES MORE BENEFICIAL TO KNOW THAT. HEY WE NEED A IT'S TIME TO REPLACE IT SO ANYWAY. THAT'S JUST A QUICK RUNDOWN OF THE PARK. SO THE QUESTION YES, SIR. FOR NUMBER 19. I REMEMBER THIS ONE. IT'S THE EXISTING LAND UNDEVELOPED. UH HUH. THAT IS THE THAT IS OUR WHAT? WE'RE CALLING LEGACY CENTER PROPERTY, SO, YEAH, IT IS PROPERTY. THEY ACTUALLY JUST DID A DISC GOLF COURSE OUT THERE. IS THAT RIGHT, DAN? YEAH, SO RIGHT. YEAH. YEAH SO IT'S PROPERTY TOWN OWNS. THAT'S EAST OF STUBER ELEMENTARY. SO YEAH, IT'S UNDEVELOPED RIGHT NOW THAN THE DISC GOLF COURSE. WE RECENTLY JUST PUT OUT THERE, SO WE DO HAVE A AND THERE IS A SHARED PLAYGROUND OUT THERE WITH THE SCHOOL RIGHT THERE. AND THEN THERE'S SOME PARKING AROUND THERE SO COOL. YEAH. THANK YOU.

HMM. YEAH. IT'S ON THE WEBSITE. YEAH YEAH, THAT'S SO UNDER PARKS , PARKS AND RECREATION AND THEN PARK WHAT IS IT LIKE PARK FACILITIES, I BELIEVE, AND THERE'S A LIST OF TABS THAT ARE A LIST OF HYPERLINKS ON THE LEFT . ONE OF THEM IS PARK AMENITIES , AND YOU CAN JUST CLICK ON THAT. AND IT GENERATES A PDF SO. YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. YEAH, ABSOLUTELY.

AND THEN I HAVE A QUESTION THAT THE DARK GRAY AREAS ARE THOSE MUDS AND PITS SO THEY DON'T THE , UH OH, THE DARKER AIR LIKE THIS AREA HERE. THAT IS CORRECT. LIKE THAT IS THE WHAT? WE'RE YEAH, IT'S PART OF PROSPER E T. J BUT NOT IN THE TOWN OF PROSPER. CORRECT SO THEY MAY HAVE SOME, UM ANNEXATION AGREEMENTS IN PLACE. THEY MAY EVENTUALLY I I'M NOT THAT'S ABOVE MY PAY GRADE. UM BUT YES, THAT IS THAT IS LIKE, FOR EXAMPLE, ARTEMISIA, SO AND THEN THERE'S OTHER AREAS SO. ALL RIGHT. WELL IF THERE'S NOT ANYTHING ELSE, THAT'S ALL I HAD.

SO THANKS, GUYS. WELL, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. ALRIGHT. STAFF UPDATES. ALRIGHT. I THINK YOU

[6. Receive staff updates: Recreation, Park Development, Park Operations, and Director.]

THAT'S GOING TO GET UP GROUP WARM UP, SO NOBODY PULLING PULLING MUSCLES ON OUR WATCH. SO WE'VE GOT A LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR WHO'S GOING TO COME OUT AND KIND OF GET EVERYBODY STRETCHED, WARMED UP AND GET THE BLOOD FLOWING. UM THIS PAST WEEKEND WE HAD THE P TOWN THROW DOWN PICKLE BALL TOURNAMENT. WE HAD 19 TEAMS PARTICIPATE. IT WAS AWESOME, SO WE HAD A LOT OF GREAT FEEDBACK. IT WAS A LONG DAY, BUT THE WEATHER TURNED OUT TO BE GREAT.

WE WERE UM THE PLAN WAS TO GO OUT AND STRIPE. ALL THE COURTS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, WILL HOW MANY INCHES OF RAIN WE HAD FRIDAY, BUT IT WAS MORE THAN WE WERE ABLE TO STRIKE COURTS WITH SO WE GOT OUT TO, UM MIDDLE SCHOOL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING STARTED GETTING LINES DOWN. GET THE BLOCKING FENCES PUT UP. UM IN OUR GRACIOUS PARTNER. P. I S D ALLOWED US TO USE OUR TENNIS COURT. SO WE SURELY APPRECIATE THAT. UM BUT YEAH, WE HAD A GREAT TIME. WE HAD A LOT OF GREAT FEEDBACK SO WE WILL. WE WILL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. HOPE TO GET MORE TEAMS. WE DID NOT KNOW, ALTHOUGH WE HAVE TO GET THIS OUT. PRETTY A LONG TIME AGO. ROCKWALL DOES A MAJOR PICKLE BALL TOURNAMENT. I THINK IT'S LIKE NATIONAL TOURNAMENT THEY HAVE 30 PLUS PICKLEBALL COURTS. UM, BUT THEY SET UP. IT'S BEEN SEVERAL YEARS. SO IT JUST HAPPENED TO BE ON THE SAME DAY, SO WE DIDN'T GET THE COMPETITIVE DIVISIONS OUT. BUT WE HAD FUN FOLKS, SO AND THEY LOVED IT AND THEY WERE. THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD PICKLE BALL. PLAYERS PRAY PLAYING DOWN A LITTLE SO WELL, THE FIGURE THAT ONE OUT IN THE FUTURE BUT IT WAS IT WAS A GREAT DAY. GREAT TURNOUT. UM, SO WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THAT. UM SO WE GOT BARBARA DURY TALKED ABOUT AND I'VE GOT A BAD DATE UP THERE, SO I APOLOGIZE. THE LIGHT THE NIGHT EVENTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR SCREEN. WE'VE GOT A DECEMBER 11TH DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS TO LET US KNOW IF YOU'RE PARTICIPATING. DECEMBER. 14TH IS THE JUDGING THAT THE 13TH THAT'S MY EARTH. AND THEN WE WILL ANNOUNCE WINNERS ON THE 16TH SO APPRECIATE ANY VOLUNTEERS WOULD LOVE THAT. UM DECEMBER 3RD.

WE'VE GOT OUR BIG EVENT TO PROSPER CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL. UH THAT DAY WILL BE OUT THERE ALL DAY GETTING, UM OUR VENDORS AND PARTICIPANTS LOADED IN READY TO GO FOR A THREE O'CLOCK START.

TECHNICALLY IT'S KICKED OFF AT THE ROTARY CHRISTMAS PARADE THAT STARTS AT 2 30. WE'LL HEAD UP THE I FORGET WHAT THE NAME OF THE STREET IS THAT ME, CAN HE FOR? DO YOU KNOW WHICH IT'S WEST OF TOWN HALL, NOT MCKINLEY. OKAY, HELP. MCKINLEY GOT THE FIFTH BACK OVER THE COLEMAN COME BACK DOWN BROADWAY AND SANTA GETS OUT THE SLAVE. HE WALKS TO HIS TENT. SO THEN HE'S THERE FOR THE DURATION. GOD BLESS ME. SO, UM SO WE'LL DO THAT FROM THREE O'CLOCK TO SEVEN O'CLOCK. SO I WOULD LOVE TO EVERYBODY OUT. UH UM. CECILY FANNIN, WHO I THINK YOU ALL HAVE MET WHILE BACK.

MAYBE SOME OF THE NEW FOLKS HAVEN'T IS ONE OF OUR NEWEST. MAYBE THE NEWEST PERSON ON OUR STAFF. AND SHE HAS DONE INCREDIBLE WORK TO GET NEW PROGRAMMING AT THE 407 AND WHEREVER ELSE SHE CAN FIT PEOPLE. SO WE'RE GONNA GIVE YOU A QUICK UPDATE ON WHAT SHE'S DONE RECENTLY. UM TAEKWONDO HAS BEEN A VERY POPULAR SPORT FOR US . WE HAD A BEGINNER'S CLASS, SO SHE WAS ABLE TO OFFER AN INTERMEDIATE BECAUSE OF THE POPULARITY AND SHE'S GOT BOTH BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE OR FULL, SO WE ARE AT CAPACITY ON THOSE TWO PROGRAMS. MINDS IN MOTION, WHICH IS A NEW STEM CLASS THAT WE ARE JUST STARTING 17 PARTICIPANTS. THIS ONE WILL ALLOW THE KIDS TO BUILD THEIR OWN ROBOT. I GET TO TAKE IT HOME, SO THAT'S A LOT OF EXCITEMENT. WE HAVE PEOPLE COMING IN THE DOOR ASKING ABOUT THAT CLASS. AND THEN INTERMEDIATE CHESTS AGAIN, JUST LIKE OUR TAEKWONDO. WEBEGINNER'T FEEDBACK. THEY ASKED US OFFER A INTERMEDIATE. WE'VE DONE THAT. AND BOTH OF THOSE CLASSES HAVE BUILT SO WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT THOSE. OUR ADULT RECREATION, SOME NEW STUFF SHE STARTED TO. WE'VE GOTTA WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLASS AND A FLORAL ARRANGEMENT CLASS, SO SHE PROSPER BLOOMS, ONE OF OUR LOCAL VENDORS. UM OR SHOPS WILL COME IN. THEY TEACH THE CLASS RIGHT NOW. WE THE LAST THE LAST CLASS. WE HAD NINE PARTICIPANTS AND THEY GET TO TAKE HOME THESE BEAUTIFUL FOR ALL ARRANGEMENTS, SO THEY'RE EXCITED. WE'RE HAPPY. SO WHEN SO ARE ACTIVE ADULTS. WE'VE BEEN DOING A LOT WITH THEM RECENTLY IN OCTOBER, WE HAD 19 PEOPLE COME OUT FOR HER FIRST BINGO. HMM AND HAD A GREAT TIME BELIEVE BARBARA COTTONY HAD BROUGHT IN SOME SOME GIFTS TO WE. WE CAN'T DO IT FOR MONEY. THERE'S NO

[00:30:05]

GAMBLING. NO GAMBLING THAT WE KNOW ABOUT. WE DON'T WE DON'T ASK. BUT SO WE'VE ALSO GONE OUT AND HIT UP SOME OF LOCAL SHOPS FOR SOME DONATIONS, SO WE CAN WRAP THAT RAFFLE OFF AND GIVE THE WINNERS, GIFT CARDS AND WHATEVER ITEMS THEY CHOOSE TO DONATE. VERY POPULAR, SO WE'RE NOW GONNA OCTOBER WAS OUR TRIAL . THE GROUP HAS ASKED US TO KEEP DOING IT. SO NOVEMBER, THE FIRST FRIDAY OF NOVEMBER OR THE FIRST THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH WILL BE RUNNING THIS PROGRAM. SO EXCITED ABOUT THAT. WE DID OUR SECOND SENIOR BUS TRIP. THIS ONE WAS MORE LOCAL WAS THE DALLAS AREA. WE HAVE 14 FOLKS ON THE BUS. THEY DESERVE THE GEORGE BUSH LIBRARY PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY, THE JFK SIXTH FLOOR MUSEUM AND THEN GOT A REALLY TASTY LUNCH. I HEARD AT ELRON, CHEETO AND OAK CLIFF. SO IT WAS A COOL LOTS OF GREAT FEEDBACK AGAIN. THIS IS SOMETHING WE'RE GONNA DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO DO. UM THEN I FORGET WHAT THEY WERE . PROBABLY THINK PALESTINIAN IS THE NEXT THING YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. OKAY? HMM. WONDER BLOOD. SO BUT WE'VE GOT A TON OF GREAT FEEDBACK ON THIS PROGRAM, SO WE'RE GOING TO CONTINUE TO DO THAT ONE. THAT ONE IS A LITTLE BIT OF A COST FOR OUR SENIORS PAY $100. YEAH. SO WE'RE WHEN WE CAN TAKE MORE. WE'VE GOT ROOM FOR MORE. BUT THEY'RE TALKING IT UP, SO WE'RE HOPEFULLY THAT PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE TO GROW.

UM CECILY IS RECENTLY OFFERED A CHAIR, YOGA CLASS, HER SUMMER SURVEY. WE GOT REQUESTS FOR IT FOR THOSE FOLKS THAT MAYBE A LITTLE LESS MOBILE SO THAT ONE'S BEEN POPULAR AS WELL. AND THEN SHE'S ALSO DONE A GREAT JOB ON A LECTURE SERIES AND SHE'S OFFERING ONE PER MONTH. WE JUST STARTED THIS PAST OCTOBER WITH A AARP CLASS. UM SHE JUST THIS THIS WEEK. WHAT'S THAT? SO THIS PAST MONDAY, WE ACTUALLY HAD TO MOVE WE OFFER AT THE 407. WE HAD TO MOVE IT IN THIS ROOM BECAUSE WE HAD SO MUCH INTEREST AND IT WAS ON WILL PREPARATION AND JUST LEARNING ABOUT THEM HAVING ATTORNEY COME IN, UM GAVE THE CLASS AND CHARGE US ANYTHING FOR THAT. NOW, IF THEY CHOOSE TO INTERNAL SERVICES LATER AT HIS OFFICE. THEY CAN SUPPORT THAT DEAL OUT, BUT VERY, VERY HELPFUL. A LOT OF GOOD FEEDBACK. AND THEN, UM IN DECEMBER. WE'RE GOING TO DO A HOLIDAY SAFETY OR POLICE DEPARTMENT'S GOING TO COME OVER ON DECEMBER 7TH AND TEACH THAT ONE SO. REALLY GOOD THINGS, TRYING TO GET A LOT OF DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES AND START TO FILL UP BEFORE SEVEN. WHICH SOUNDS LIKE WE'RE GETTING THERE. UM SO THAT HOPEFULLY SOMEDAY WE CAN BRING TO YOU. THAT WE WANT A REC CENTER OF SOME TYPE, AND YOU GUYS WILL BE ALL FOR IT, AND WE'LL GO BANG ON THE DOOR OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND TOWN COUNCIL. TELL THEM HOW BADLY WE NEED THAT SO ANY QUESTIONS ON THE UPCOMING EVENTS OR PROGRAMS ARE ACTIVE ADULTS. 55. PLUS, IS THAT WHAT THE DEFINITION, OKAY? AND ARE ANY OF THOSE LECTURES AND THINGS YOU MENTIONED RECORDED FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T GET A CHANCE TO COME OUT LIKE THE ONE FOR THE WILLS OR YEAH, I DON'T. I DON'T THINK WE'VE DONE THAT YET, BUT IT'S A GOOD IDEA. ANYBODY ELSE? ALL RIGHT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BACK OVER TO PAUL. UM SO JUST SOME AGAIN, MORE PHOTOS ABOUT SOME PARKS THAT WE'RE DOING AROUND. UM SO ON THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN. THEY'RE BUILDING A NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR DENYS DE UM, SO THEY'RE BUILDING SOME TRAIL ALONG DENTON WAY THERE, SO THERE'S JUST A PICTURE OF THEM DOING THAT STAR MEADOW PARK THERE? THEY JUST FINISHED THIS SIGN OUT THERE. I BELIEVE THE PLAYGROUND THERE'S THE WAITING FOR AND IT SHOULD BE. THIS MONTH. THANKS, MAN. YEAH YEAH, SO IT'S COMING ALONG, UM SAME WITH TANNER'S MILL PARK. THEY ARE STRUGGLING TO GET A PAVILION IN TIME, SO THAT MAY BE COMING IN SPRING. JUST DO THE SUPPLY ISSUES. A LOT OF THOSE ARE WE GET ARE PREFABRICATED AND JUST GETTING THOSE SUPPLIES FOR THE THAT MEETING THAT DESIGNS ARE THEY JUST IT JUST TAKES A WHILE TO BRING THEM IN AND GET ALL THE COMPONENTS FOR THEM. SO UM AGAIN . I JUST MENTIONED TANNER'S MILL. THEY'RE GETTING READY. THEY'RE DOING MORE THAN THAT PLAYGROUND OUT. THERE IS LOOKING TO BE NEAR THE END OF DECEMBER BEGINNING OF JANUARY TO BE INSTALLED OR NOW ADDING THE SIDEWALKS AROUND THE PLAYGROUND AREA OUT THERE AND THEN WINDSONG AS I MENTIONED EARLIER THERE, BUILDING THAT GIANT TRAIL LOOP THAT KIND OF, UM IS ALMOST TWO

[00:35:04]

MILES THEY'VE BEEN WORKING ON THAT PRETTY CONTINUOUSLY OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, SO AH , UM AND THEN I DON'T BELIEVE I HAVE A PICTURE UP HERE BUT AS YOU LEAVE TONIGHT, YOU GO OUT THE NORTH SIDE. YOU CAN SEE THE COMPLETION OF THE WALLS. I'M SURE DANIEL MENTIONED THE CEREMONY TO AMARO AT 10. I SAW STANDARD A LITTLE BIT, BUT ANYWAY, YOU CAN GO TAKE A LOOK AT THEM EARLY ON. BEFORE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE ARRIVING. IT BECOMES A BIG EVENT. SO BUT YEAH, THEY'RE ALL DONE. THEY LOOK GREAT. SO ALRIGHT, THAT'S UM AND THEN ALSO, UM, WE'RE HOPING NEXT IN TWO WEEKS, UM, TO GO BACK TO COUNCIL TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR RAYMOND COMMUNITY PARK SO. THAT'S THE PLAN, SO WE'LL KEEP MOVING ON AND RAYMOND PARKS ALL RIGHT. ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME? SO GROUNDBREAKING. WE'RE AIMING FOR OCTOBER 2023. THAT IS WHEN THE FUNDING ALSO, UH, IS ALLOCATED FOR THAT IS GOING TO BE THE FUNDING WOULD BE READY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2023 2024 SO WE'LL START AS SOON AS IT OPENS UP AND THAT'S THE PLAN WILL HAVE ALL THE PLANS READY TO GO AND OUR CONTRACTOR AND ONCE THAT OCTOBER 1ST HITS, THAT'S THE PLANS. ALRIGHT THANKS, GUYS. I'LL LET THEM TAKE OVER. OKAY AGAIN. THE BACKUP FOR MATT FOR IS ON VACATION OR HIS HEAD AND HE'S ON THE ROAD NOW, SO I TOLD HIM I'D STEP IN FOR HIM. UM SO THIS PAST SATURDAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PICKLE BALL TOURNAMENT, WE HAD OUR ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION. UM, THERE. TO RECOGNIZE OUR BIRTHDAYS IN THE UNITED STATES, UM THE US ARBOR DAY, I BELIEVE IS IN APRIL. UH UM. IN TEXAS. WE RECOGNIZE NOVEMBER NOVEMBER IS A BETTER TIME TO PLANT TREES, ESPECIALLY IN OUR CLIMATE. JUST A LITTLE MORE MILES. WE GET INTO THE WINTER WITHOUT SHOCKING THESE TREES TOO TERRIBLY. UM SO YOU GIVE HIM A GOOD 56 MONTHS ON THE GROUND BEFORE THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE EXTREMELY HE WHICH IS TYPICALLY THE PROBLEM. UM SO ANYWAYS, WE HAD 32 GIRL SCOUT TROOPS AND A BOY SCOUT TROOP COME OUT. JOHN METCALF WAS THERE AS WELL TO WATCH THESE GUYS PLANT TREES PLANTED TO CHINCHA PEN OAKS AT, UH HECK, VERY PORK.

IT WAS A GOOD TURNOUT, PROBABLY ABOUT 30 PEOPLE AROUND ABOUT MATT RAN THAT PROGRAM AND SO TO GET A CHANCE TO GET THE HACKBERRY ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER, YOU'LL SEE TWO NEWLY PLANTED TREES OVER THE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT. ALSO ARE YOU SPORTS ARE STARTING TO WIND DOWN THEIR SEASONS. BASEBALL FOOTBALL , SOCCER, BASEBALL AND FOOTBALL HAVE COMPLETED SOCCER IS TRYING TO GET OTHER RAINOUTS MADE UP SO PROBABLY IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO. WILL BE DONE WITH THAT, SO WE'LL HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF A WINTER BREAKING KICK BACK OFF. SO, FEBRUARY MARCH TIME FRAME.

AND THEN REALLY, JUST AS FAR AS WHAT PARK OPERATION CREWS ARE DOING RIGHT NOW, THEY'RE REALLY FOCUSING ON PLANT REPLACEMENT. UM THAT WAS THE WORLD ALMOST TWO YEARS TO WHEN WE HAD THAT HORRIBLE FREEZE. UH, UH, SO MUCH PLANT MATERIAL ACROSS THE METROPLEX WAS IMPACT. SO IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET ALL THAT, BUT THEY'RE VERY CLOSE TO GETTING EVERYTHING AT LEAST REPLANTED, AND IT'S ALSO A VERY GOOD TIME TO DO ANY TREE TRIMMING TREE WORK, SO THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE FOCUSING ON RIGHT NOW. QUESTIONS ON MARK UPS. OKAY? MATT'S A BETTER SPEAKER THAN ME COMES IN.

HE'S MORE EXCITING, SO IT'S FINE. SORRY. HE WON'T HEAR THAT. IT'S ALL GOOD. UM AS FAR AS WHAT I'VE GOT FOR YOU, PAUL TOUCHED ON IT A LITTLE BIT AGO. UM PAUL'S POLLS PROJECT IS A PROJECT MANAGER IS THE PROJECT MANAGER. WE'VE GOT THESE TWO BEAUTIFUL DEDICATION WALLS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TOWN HALL. WE HAVE A DEDICATION CEREMONY TOMORROW AT 10 A.M. OR HOPING TO BE ABLE TO DO IT BY THE WALLS. UM BUT THE WEATHER DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT'S GOING TO COOPERATE.

ALTHOUGH I WILL TELL YOU WE HAVE A 70% CHANCE OF IT NOT RAINING, SO THAT'S WHERE I'LL DEAL WITH THIS. UH, IF IT IS TOO WET OR COLD. WE WILL PROBABLY MOVE IT INTO THIS ROOM RIGHT HERE. SO WE WILL HAVE THE CEREMONY. BUT YEAH , AS PAUL SAID, WOULD BE A GREAT TIME TO GO TAKE A LOOK AT THEM.

THEY'RE ALL LIGHTED AND I LOOKED REALLY GOOD. SO POSITIVE, WONDERFUL JOB ON THAT PROJECT.

UM I ALSO WANT TO LET YOU KNOW FOR YOUR CALENDARS. WE WILL NOT HAVE A PARKS BOARD MEETING NEXT MONTH IN DECEMBER. BUT YOU ALL WILL BE INVITED TO THE BOARD AND COMMISSION RECEPTION, WHICH JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE SAME TIME AND DATE AS THE PARKS BOARD MEETING WOULD HAVE BEEN. SO AND THAT'S RIGHT OUTSIDE THESE DOORS IN THE LOBBY, SO YOU'LL BE GETTING SOME FORMAL INVITATION TO THAT. BUT IF YOU WANT TO PUT THAT ON YOUR CALENDAR WE'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU THERE. UM AND BY THE WAY THAT SORRY TO INTERRUPT THEM THAT IS SO WORTH ATTENDING. UM IT'S A GREAT EVENING AND YOU'LL MEET

[00:40:06]

PEOPLE FROM ALL THE ALL THE DIFFERENT BOARDS IN THE COMMUNITY. AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF SAYING THANK YOU FOR THE VOLUNTEER HOURS THAT THE BOARD MEMBERS PUT IN SO IT SHOULD BE FOR THIS BE MY FIRST ONE. SO I'M EXCITED FOR IT. UM I HAVE SOME SAD NEWS TO ANNOUNCE FOR OUR DEPARTMENT. WE ARE IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF A NEW ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PARKS.

THAT'S BECAUSE OUR CURRENT ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PARKS GAVE ME NOTICE A WEEK AND A HALF AGO.

HE HIS FAMILY WILL BE MOVING DOWN INTO TRAVIS COUNTY. HE'S GOT A GREAT OFFER JOB OFFER WITH TRAVIS COUNTY. VERY CLOSE TO HIS AND HIS WIFE'S FAMILY'S, SO IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE FOR HIM TO GO. ALTHOUGH WE'RE GOING TO MISS HE'S HE KNOWS WHERE ALL THE SKELETONS ARE BURIED AND SO UNLESS HE CHANGES HIS PHONE NUMBER, I'LL BE CALLING HIM QUITE OFTEN. GET SICK OF ME, BUT WE'LL FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. SO ANYWAYS, MAYBE BEFORE HE GETS OUT TONIGHT, PLEASE TELL HIM HE'S DONE A PHENOMENAL JOB. HAS MADE MY TRANSITION INTO MY ROLE A LOT EASIER THAN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HIM. SO, PAUL, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AND YOU WILL, YOU WILL BE MISSED NO DOUBT. UM AND THEN JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WE WILL BE CLOSING. OUR OFFICE IS ON FOR THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS ON THE 2014 25TH. NOVEMBER. ANY QUOTE. I'M SORRY. ONE MORE SLIDE. BUT ANY PROCEEDS FROM THAT WILL GO TOWARDS THE VETERANS MEMORIAL AT THE ROTARY CLUB IS RAISING FUNDING FOR RIGHT NOW, SO WE THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD WAY TO DO THAT. IT WAS PART OF THE MAYOR'S WHEN HE WAS RUNNING. HE WANTED THE FITNESS COMPONENT FOR PROSPER, AND HE ASKED US TO PUT THIS TOGETHER. TREVOR HAS DONE A WONDERFUL JOB. TREVOR AND BRAND AND SIS LIVED IN A REALLY NICE JOB PUTTING THIS TOGETHER, SO WE'RE EXCITED. FIRST ONE WE'VE DONE IS A DEPARTMENT. UH, SO IF YOU HAVEN'T SIGNED UP YET, I CAN GET YOU IN.
